first making improved or new materials and processes, is imbedded into
the culture of Composite Motors, Inc.
One example is our patented and proprietary Compotherm heat sink
material for semi-conductor devices.
Compotherm is an excellent heat transfer material which also
matches the stiffness and thermal expansion characteristics, TCE, of
silicon devices and substrates. This
technology permits CMI to produce high power motor drivers in very small
packages. The ingenuity and
understanding of materials and processes extends and is applied to our
entire manufacturing operations including final product assembly.
